The concern with Big Brother has increased exponentially with the recent news about the U.S. government’s various national security surveillance programs.  John Light writes how the immigration debate, government surveillance, and U.S. drones all come together in the Senate immigration reform bill, which includes an increase of $4.5 billion over 10 years to expand surveillance on the U.S. border — including controversial 24/7 domestic drones.
