Did a Virginia Gubernatorial Candidate compare immigration policy to exterminating rats?

In the race for Virginia governor, Democrats are trying to capitalize on Republican Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli’s tough line on immigration and reference to rats in connection with immigration.  Here is the Washington Post’s analysis of an television ad taking Cuccinelli to task for his comments.
