Citing their congregations’ stories of separation and hardship from immigration enforcement and deportations, evangelical pastors on a press call Thursday will call on Congress to vote this year on immigration reform that strengthens families and the rule of law. The press call will be coupled with a 24-hour #Pray4Reform virtual Day of Prayer for Immigrant Families, also on Thursday, and speakers will look ahead to an April 29 fly-in during which they will pray and meet with their members of Congress.
