I somehow missed this October article from the Washington Post on the Artesia detention facility: When an immigration detention center comes to a small town. It’s a terrific piece that well-describes not only the facility but also the town it’s situated in. In addition, it includes photos from inside the Artesia facility, which we lawyers were strictly forbidden from taking.
