No More Immigration Services from H&R Block

Last month, we blogged about how a Houston office of H&R Block, a large tax preparation service company, had begun to provide “immigrant document services.”  The E-Lawyering blog reports that H&R Block has been forced to end the service by state bar authorities for engaging in the unauthorized practice of law.
