Recap of Fifth Circuit Argument in Texas v. United States on Friday

As we have blogged, arguments will be held this Friday before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit on the Obama administration’s request for a stay of the preliminary injunction entered by the district court in Texas v. United States.  We are fortunate that staff from the National Immigration Law Center will be in attendance at the hearing and will provide a blog post that we will share with our ImmigrationProf readers.  Stay tuned on Friday morning!
