More Analysis of Texas v. United States

Professor Josh Blackman, who submittted an amicus brief supporting the challenge to the expanded deferred action program on behalf of the Cato Institute in Texas v. United States, has posted a multi-part, detailed summary of the Fifth Circuit‘s ruling on his blog.   The blog also notes ImmigrationProf’s on-line symposium on the case.

The amicus brief argued that DAPA violated the president’s constitutional duty to take care that the laws were faithfully executed.
