Clinton, Sanders Clash in Univision Debate on Immigration
The Democratic presidential candidates debated last night on Univision. As the New York Times reports, Hillary Clinton and Senator Bernie Sanders clashed over immigration enforcement and reform in a contentious debate televised by Univision as the two Democrats sought to appeal to Latino voters. In contrast to the Republican candidates, the two Democratic candidates tried to establish that they were concerned with the humanitarian treatment of immigrants and supported reform.
