The Los Angeles Times updates us on the troubling “clock terrorist” case from last year.  About one year ago, a Muslim teen was arrested for bringing a homemade clock to school in Texas.  He instantly became the center of a national debate about security, terrorism, and religious intolerance.

The case also changed the course of young Ahmed Mohamed’s life. His family has filed a lawsuit against his former school district.  The family has to the Persian Gulf kingdom of Qatar to escape the glare of attention. He said he found it frightening to return to the United States.
