Supreme Court Refuses to Reconsider United States v. Texas

This morning, the Supreme Court refused to reconsider the deadlocked ruling in United States v. Texas.  The injunction barrinng implementation of President Obama’s expanded deferred action program.  

The denial of the motion is no real surprise in light of the fact that the Court currently only has eight Justices.  Amy Howe comments on the order on SCOTUSBlog.
