Stores of Immigrant Detainees Website
NYU’s Alina Das was counsel of record in an amicus brief filed in Jennings v. Rodriguez, the immigrant detention case before the U.S. Supreme Court. To publicize the stories of the immigrants featured in the brief, the NYU Immigrant Rights Clinic has created with Community Initiatives for Visiting Immigrants in Confinement (CIVIC) a website. This website annotates the immigrant stories with pictures, audio, video, articles and commentary about the impact of detention.
