Supreme Court to Hear Oral Arguments in Criminal Removal Case
The Supreme Court will here oral arguments this morning in Esquivel-Quintana v. Sessions, a removal case based on a criminal conviction for a “sex crime” involving consensual sex with an underage girlfriend. Here is a link to a preview of the argument.
