The $10,000 Aid Worker Visa

On Thursday, South Sudan raised the cost of visas for foreign aid workers to $10,000.

This as the country is rocked by famine, the first in the world to be declared in more than six years.  Worse yet, experts agree it is a man-made famine, resulting from war in the East African nation.
