Last week, Anis Shivani in Salon (and AlterNet) ran part one of a discussion of the “big questions on immigration,” with a special look at the constitutional rights of immigrants. The second part look sat the harsh impacts of 1996 immigration reforms, how the Trump administration will use those reforms aggressively, and how resistance might be mounted.
