Patrolling The Southern Border on Horseback

The NYT today has a lovely photo essay on the Border Patrol agents who guard the Southern Border on horseback. These individuals cover portions of the Southern border where “geography — like shallow riverbanks and craggy trails that are impassable for vehicles” makes it “nearly impossible and staggeringly expensive” to build a wall.
