Supreme Court to Consider Immediate Review of District Court Injunction in DACA Case

The news on the street is that the Supreme Court will expedite its decision whether to grant immediate review of the Trump administration’s decision to rescind the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.  A district court enjoined the rescission. If review is granted, oral arguments could be heard this Term with a decision possible by the end of June.
