Responding to the “Caravan”: A National Security Threat?
Nolan Rappaport on The Hill offers thoughts on how the U.S. should address the “caravan.” His policy views flow stem from this understanding of the phenomenon:
“The threat comes from the fact that more than 7,500 undocumented migrants and the governments of Mexico and Central America are openly defying the President of the United States, and the entire world is watching.”
I do not agree with the approach outlined in the article but the piece offers some policy ideas for President Trump.
