Breaking News: Supreme Court Grants Review in DACA Rescission Cases

A few minutes ago, the Supreme Court granted certiorari in three DACA rescission cases (Department of Homeland Security v. Regents of the University of CaliforniaTrump v. NAACPMcAleenan v. Vidal).  The cases have been consolidated with one hour for oral argument.  Details to follow.
