Supreme Court Accepts Review in Three Immigration Cases in October Alone
Immigration looms large on the Supreme Courts October 2019 Term.
Bender’s Immigration News notes that, with the two cases that the Supreme Court decided to review last Friday and one earlier in October, the Court has three new immigration cases on the docket:

Already the Court has heard oral argument in Kansas v. Garcia (state preemption of immigration and state identity fraud law) and soon will heaar arguments in Hernandez v. Mesa (border shooting case) and the conso0lidated DACA cases.
