Trump Calls on SCOTUS to Allow DACA’s Recission and Congress will Act
President Obama said that he did not have the right to sign DACA, that it will never hold up in court. He signed it anyway! If the Supreme Court upholds DACA, it gives the President extraordinary powers, far greater than ever thought. If they do what is right and do not let……

….DACA stand, with all of its negative legal implications, the Republicans and Democrats will have a DEAL to let them stay in our Country, in very short order. It would actually benefit DACA, and be done the right way!

The Supreme Court on November 12 will be hearing oral arguments in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arroivals (DACA) rescission cases. The Hill reports that President Trump yesterday called on the Supreme Court to strike down DACA. In a pair of tweets, Trump said that if the DACA is upheld it would give the president “extraordinary powers” while saying that if the program is struck down, he thinks Congress would make a deal to “benefit DACA.” Of course, a long term solution is what is needed. However, Congress for years has been unable to act. Will a Supreme Court decision allow DACA to be rescinded move Congress to act? That is very hard to say.
