Tang on Mesa v. Hernandez

Aaron Tang for The Hill provides an overview of the issues before the Supreme Court in Mesa v. Hernandez, which involves a claim against a Border Patrol officer who shot and killed a Mexican youth on the Mexico side of the border. The case will be argued on November 12, the same day as the DACA cases.  It will be a big immigration day before the high Court.
