Abstract

Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review presents its 2019 symposium on “Immigration Politics: Shifting Norms, Policies and Practices,” in collaboration with the Loyola Immigrant Justice Clinic.  This symposium brought together legal scholars and other experts from around the country to share innovations in immigrants’ rights strategies on policy, clinical teaching and impact litigation in response to rapidly increased immigration enforcement measures under the Trump Administration.  This article, transcribed from the symposium panel on immigration policy is moderated by Professor Kathleen Kim and shares insights from panelists, Karen Tumlin, Professor Hiroshi Motomura, and Felicia Escobar.
