DACA Advocates Seek Contempt of Court

Law360 reports that a coalition of nonprofit groups is seeking a contempt of court order against the DHS for intentionally misleading the public and for disobeying multiple court orders to reinstate the program after the US Supreme Court reversed the Trump Administration’s attempted rescission of the program.
