There is a new sheriff in town! As readers of this blog no doubt remember, President Trump championed the construction of a wall along the U.S./Mexico border. He did so despite the strategy’s known ineffectiveness at curbing unlawful immigration and environmental and cultural harms.
On June 11, President Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced its plan for funds the Trump administration had planned to use for the vaunted border wall.
