Systemic racism is rooted in immigration laws — it can no longer be ignored

Last week, I blogged about the American Bar Association recent immigration resolutions.  In this commentary on The Hill, Karla McKanders and yours truly take a look at the challenge of the resolutions to systemic racism in U.S. immigration law and its enforcement.
