Nolan Rappaport on Bipartisan Immigration Reform

It has been reported that Senators Thom Tillis (R-N.C.) and Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) plan to bring together a group of senators interested in discussing bipartisan efforts at reform after the April recess.

Nolan Rappaport on The Hill offers some suggestions on possible points of emphasis in bipartisan immigration reform efforts:

Registry — update from 1972 as the date of entry for regularization of the status of undocumented immigrants.

DACA — address the status of DACA recipients

Address Unfair labor practices

Expand the Central American Minors (CAM) Refugee and Parole Program
