U.S. Passport Less Valuable Than Malaysian Passport, Analysts Contend

There’s a group called Nomad Capitalist whose gig it is to “create and implement bespoke, holistic strategies for successful investors and entrepreneurs to legally reduce their tax bills, diversify and protect their assets, become global citizens and maximize their freedom.” Their tag line? “Go Where You’re Treated Best.”

Anyhoo, this entity ranks passports of the world, looking at factors like “visa-free travel … international taxation laws, global perception, dual citizenship, and personal freedom.” CNBC used Nomad Capitalist’s data to run a list of the top 50ish countries.
