Florida Immigration Law Challenged in Lawsuit

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) and four other pro-immigration rights organizations have filed a lawsuit challenging a section of Florida’s immigration law (SB 1718) championed by Governor Ron DeSantis that criminalizes the transportation of undocumented immigrants into, within or out of Florida.  For a Newsweek report on the lawsuit, click here.
