Little Amal Visits Austin, Raising Refugee Awareness

Little Amal, a puppet of a 10-year-old Syrian refugee, is on a tour of the United States this fall, raising awareness about immigration and migration, as the Associated Press reported.  Today, Little Amal is in Austin, Texas.  

Little Amal’s website states that she has become a global symbol of human rights and refugees, Since 2021, she has traveled over 6,000 miles to 14 different countries.
