Biden Administration Seeks Review of Razor Wire Buoy Case by Supreme Court

U.S. Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar told the justices that the order by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit has `serious on-the-ground consequences’ because it prevents Border Patrol agents from reaching and apprehending migrants who have already entered the United States.”
