SB4 Stayed Again–This Time by Fifth Circuit
Boy oh boy, the twists and turns on the SB4 litigation keep a-coming. Here’s a link to the news as of SCOTUS’ actions on March 19. The case is now back in the Fifth Circuit, and they’ve had some speedy action there as well:
- Yesterday, the court set oral argument for 10AM TODAY (March 20). That’s some pretty quick turnaround for counsel!
- The Fifth Circuit’s own administrative stay of the District Court opinion has been lifted. Meaning, SB4 is currently on hold.
