I had the chance to attend this American Immigration Council webinar yesterday: What Happens When Immigrant Kids Age Out of a Parent’s Visa? That webinar is now available on youtube.

You might find 5:38-21:00 or some subset thereof to be an interesting addition to class. In that segment you get the chance to hear from a father who came to the US to work and a daughter who aged out of her dad’s visa. I think students always appreciate it when we can put a face to an issue.
