Getting Up to Speed on the Implications of the Supreme Court’s Overturning of Chevron

As we have covered previously on the blog, of much interest to the immigration law community is the Supreme Court’s overturning of decades of precedent in a recent landmark decision, Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo.
