Strategies and Considerations in the Wake of Niz-Chavez v. Garland Update

National Immigration Project and the American Immigration Council have updated the Strategies and Considerations in the Wake of Niz-Chavez v. Garland practice advisory. This advisory discusses the Supreme Court’s decisions in Niz-Chavez, Pereira and Campos-Chaves, and provides strategies for practitioners to consider in cases where the client’s Notice to Appear was defective.
