“Views on First: Speech & the Border” hosts work through this topic with legal scholars, experts, and real people living at the intersection of speech and the border. Episode 1, which drops November 13, features historian Julia Rose Kraut and immigration activist Ravi Ragbir discussing the history of ideological exclusion in the United States. Future episodes look at the government’s online surveillance of visa applicants, phone searches at the border, and more.
