DHS Reinstates Migrant Protection Protocols, Asylum Seekers Must Remain in Mexico While Claims Are Being Decided
As promised in President Trump’s inauguration speech and stated in an executive order, the Migrant Protection Protocols Remain in Mexico policy, is back. It will required asylum seekers to remain in Mexico while their claims are being decided.
