Another Federal Court Blocks Trump Birthright Citizenship Executive Order

The ACLU New Hampshire announced another court setback for President Trump’s effort to rollback birthright citizenship.  Here is the preliminary injunction order by Judge Joseph Laplante, an appointee of President George W. Bush.
