Trump administration taking its licks in birthright citizenship litigation

I don’t expect much success for the Trump administration in defending President Trump’s executive order curtailing birthright citizenship under the 14th Amendment.  For the latest injunctions barring implementation of the order, see Washington federal court Preliminary injunction and CASA v.
