Join us for the 33rd annual Ira C. Rothgerber Conference, presented by the Byron R. White Center! This year’s theme is “Immigration & National Borders” and will kickoff with a keynote by Professor Hiroshi Motomura of UCLA Law. He will be discussing themes from his most recent book, Borders & Belonging: Toward a Fair Immigration Policy.
