DHS considers axing disaster funds that help sanctuary cities

Concerns have been expressed whether the Trump administration will condition federal disaster relief on assistance in the administration’s “mass deportation” campaign.   The Hill now reports that the Department of Homeland Security determined that Federal Emergency Management programs that go to “sanctuary jurisdictions” would be subject to a review and potential “termination.”  “Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem signed a document” to the effect.
