This lecture series honors John Gedid, one of the founders of Widener Law Commonwealth.  The series showcases the work of nationally recognized scholars in government law.  This lecture will be presented by Ronald M. Levin, the William R. Orthwein Distinguished Professor of Law at Washington University in St. Louis. His lecture, “The Limits of Loper Bright” will explore critical questions in administrative law.
