Trump Goes After Immigration Lawyers

This memo from the White House to the AG & DHS was released yesterday. The topic: Preventing Abuses of the Legal System and the Federal Court.

Here’s the opening line: “Lawyers and law firms that engage in actions that violate the laws of the United States or rules governing attorney conduct must be efficiently and effectively held accountable.”

And here’s an ENTIRE PARAGRAPH raging against IMMIGRATION LAWYERS:

The memo goes on to direct the AG & DHS to “prioritize” attorney conduct rules and regulations–sanctions, removing security clearances, termination of contracts, and “other appropriate actions.”
