Border Czar Makes the News Rounds Defending the Trump Administration’s Immigration Actions

Border czar Tom Homan discussed immigration and deportation efforts by the Trump administration on Fox’s ‘The Big Weekend Show.”

Tom Homan, the Trump administration’s border czar, also appeared on “Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan” that he is “not aware” of the “specific case” of reports that three U.S. citizen children were deported, including one who advocates say is a 4-year-old with Stage 4 cancer, along with their mothers, but he claimed there was “due process” before they were deported.

Lauren Irwin on the Hill reports on Homan’s defense of the removal campaign.  It struck me that the Border Czar may not be the most effective spokesperson for the Trump administration’s removal efforts.  He is defensive and generally unpersuasive (at least to me).
