Florida Universities Sign 287(g) Agreements With ICE

Some Florida universities are joining the Trump administration immigration enforcement team.  Inside Higher Ed requested public records from all 12 State University System of Florida institutions related to their agreements with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). At least 10 have signed Immigration and Nationality Act 287(g) agreements with ICE and will receive training for assistance in enforcement of the U.S. immigration laws:

2. Florida Atlantic University

3. Florida Gulf Coast University

4. Florida International University

5. New College of Florida

6. University of Central Florida

7. University of Florida

8. University of North Florida

9. University of South Florida

10. University of West Florida
