U.S. Reduces Board of Immigration Appeals to 15 Members

Attorney General Pam Biondi has released an “interim final rule . . . amend[ing] the Department of Justice . . . regulations relating to the organization of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“Board” or “BIA”) by reducing the Board to 15 members.” The Board currently has 28 members.
