The Associated Press reports that U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-Md) met with Kilmar Abrego Garcia yesterday evening in El Salvador.  The Senator met “face to face with the wrongly deported man after two days in the country pushing for his release.”

Details on the meeting are sketchy but stay tuned as this case continues to develop.
