SCOTUS Oral Argument Tomorrow 10 Eastern

The U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral argument in the consolidated cases of Casa v. Trump, the State of Washington v. Trump, and New Jersey v. Trump.

The issue on the table: U.S. district courts’ issuing universal injunctions regarding Trump’s executive order on birthright citizenship. So, not really the merits of the EO and birthright citizenship but the procedure of universal injunctions.
