Florida to receive federal funds to build immigration detention sites, including “Alligator Alcatraz”

CBS News reports that Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem has announced that the U.S. government will fund construction of immigration detention centers in Florida, including “a proposed site in the Everglades that state officials have dubbed `Alligator Alcatraz.’”  A catchy name indeed.
