CBS News reports that U.S. District Judge Jia Cobb has barred federal immigration officials from using two Trump administration directives to apply expedited removal to migrants who were granted parole to enter the U.S. Parole allows federal officials to admit foreigners on humanitarian grounds, and live and work in the U.S. legally on a temporary basis.
