More of the Same — Associated Press: “Nebraska announces plan for immigration detention center dubbed the ‘Cornhusker Clink’”

There is the no end to catchy names for immigrant detention centers — Alligator Alcatraz, Speedway Slammer, and Deportation Depot.  Josh Funk for the Associated Press reports that the state of Nebraska has announced “plans for an immigration detention center in the remote southwest corner of the state . . . .”  It “will be dubbed the `Cornhusker Clink,’ a play on Nebraska’s nickname of the Cornhusker State and an old slang term for jail.” (bold added).
